Curly parsley
Known especially beyond the Alps, curly parsley (petroselinum crispum) is rich in an antioxidant flavonoid (apigenin) and is characterized by a crisper texture and more inviting appearance than the smooth variant. More beautiful in appearance but with less aromatic personality.
