Tarragon
Tarragon (Artemisia drancunculus) is a perennial herbaceous plant used not only in cooking but also as an aromatic and medicinal herb. Originally from Siberia, it is a medicinal plant with dark green leaves and a thin and elongated shape. It is also known by the name of estragon. Its plant forms a sort of bush, it has woody roots, thin, elongated and indented leaves, whilst the flowers are small, of a green-yellow colour and are united in a panicle-shaped inflorescence.
