Its main characteristics are the taste, the consistency of the flesh, the shine and the long duration. It contains vitamin C and is rich in mineral salts and lycopene.
The Mini Plum is among the most valuable and the most requested by consumers and catering professionals. It has long clusters, arranged in a herringbone pattern, composed of oval-shaped tomatoes, dark red in colour and weighing an average of 50 g. The skin is large and resistant, does not produce much liquid during cooking. Rich in vitamin C and A with a good content of group B vitamins. It contains lycopene, a natural antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals.
