Nettle
Nettle (Urtica dioica) is a perennial herbaceous dioecious plant, native to Europe, Asia, North Africa and North America, and is the most known and widespread of the genus Urtica. It is particularly rich in phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and potassium. Its curative and culinary uses have been known in Greece since ancient times.
