Oak leaves
The "Oak Leaf" is a variety of lettuce of the latest generation which produces a voluminous head, of good specific weight, with a heart full of leaves of a very tender red colour, rounded and with a particularly sweet taste, the oak leaf is rich of fibres, potassium and vitamins A and C. It also contains moderate amounts of vitamins D, E, K, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and sulphur.
