Crescione - watercress
It belongs to the family of Cruciferae, it is also called agretto or agrettone. The plant has a bushy appearance, with thin oval leaves, deep green in colour, and stems up to 20 cm high, with a sour, mineral and strong taste. Known and used for its purifying and diuretic properties, it fights asthenia and physical weakness. It has detoxifying qualities.
